Ya Mamma's is celebrating its 18th year of making sauces from recipes handed down through the generations. Chef Michael's updated recipes for today's generation utilizes only the finest and freshest ingredients available, making his pasta sauces locally in small batches to ensure that he delivers the best sauce available to you, our customer.

All of our sauces are, and have been, gluten free as always.

And now, our newest sauce, Red Gravy , has been added to the product line. Mamma never made sauce; she only made Gravy. Rich and deep in texture and flavor, vegan friendly, this will transport you to Mamma's kitchen, standing over the stove, stirring the tomatoes until the sauce achieves that status known as "Gravy". If you like our marinara, but prefer a smooth texture, then this is the sauce for you (add ground beef and you have yourself a tasty and nutritious meat sauce.) Ladle it on. You won't be disappointed.

All of our award winning sauces are made with the finest ingredients including Virgin Olive Oil, Hand Chopped Garlic, Sea Salt and, of course, lots of Tomatoes!
